Installation
A fitter attends with the right tools for what is being installed, and takes the packaging away. Booked against a preferred day rather than quoted, because the scope is known before anyone arrives.

- Civil or electrical alterations needed to make an item fit
Stated up front on purpose. Most disputes on a building site are about a line somebody assumed was in the quote.
What you need to provide
- The product you bought from Quoin, on site
- Clear access to where it will be fitted
- A power or water point nearby, if the product needs one
